WILL MY JEWELRY COME IN PACKAGING?

All our jewelery comes in an Aijno jewelery bag and jewelery box. If you order more than one product, they will be placed in the same box. This is for reasons of sustainability and overconsumption.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time is as follows:

Denmark: 2-4 days
Europe: 3-7 days

HOW DO I RETURN?

Please send us an email with the product name of the item you wish to return. Send the e-mail to service@aijno.dk. We will then confirm and send you a shipping label that you can attach on our package.
For exchange, above steps must be made and then place a new order.
